• What are 3D printing files? 3D printing files are digital designs that can be used to create physical objects using a 3D printer. They contain the instructions your printer needs to build the object layer by layer. Our files are specifically designed for 3D printing and are provided in the widely compatible .STL format.

• What is an .STL file? .STL (stereolithography) is a common file format used for 3D printing. It represents the surface geometry of a 3D object as a collection of triangles. Most 3D printing software can read and process .STL files.

• How do I customize the files? Use the interface on our website to make all the customizations you need, add to card, purchase, and the file will be emailed to you for immediate download!

• What if I don't know how to use 3D modeling software? That is the whole idea of StoragePrints!  No 3D modeling software is needed.  Just download, send to your printer and print!

• Can I sell the prints I make from these files? Our files are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the product description. Selling prints made from our files is prohibited without a commercial license. Contact us if you're interested in obtaining a commercial license.

• What is your refund policy? Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a problem with the file itself (e.g., it's corrupted or incomplete), please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Purchasing and Downloading

• How do I purchase a file? Simply browse our catalog, select the file you want, make modifications, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. 

• How will I receive my file? After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing a download link for your .STL file. 

• How long will it take to receive the download link? The email with the download link should be sent to you immediately after your purchase is confirmed. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us.

• What if the download link doesn't work? Please contact us, and we will provide you with a new download link.

• Can I download the file multiple times? Yes, usually you can download the file multiple times within a certain timeframe. However, we recommend saving a copy of the file to your own storage for safekeeping.

Technical Issues

• What if the file is corrupted? Please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a new, uncorrupted file.

• What if the file doesn't fit my printer's build volume? Before purchasing double check the dimensions of your design and make sure it fits in your build volume!
